Frequently Asked Questions

Is Pilates suitable for beginners?

Yes. Pilates is ideal for beginners because every exercise is taught and progressed at your individual pace. We can also provide you with matwork exercises allowing you to do your exercises at home without a reformer apparatus.

Can Private Reformer Pilates help with back pain?

Private Reformer Pilates with guidance from our Pilates Physios can help work around your injuries as well as teach you proper form to rehabilitate your pain. As Pilates movement specialists we can ensure proper alignment and teach you skills safely and effectively.

Private VS group classes?

Private Reformer Pilates is 1-on-1 and fully individualised, whereas group classes follow a standard program for all participants regardless of ability or injury.

If you are serious about pilates one to one coaching is required to ensure you progress safely with a tailored programme optimised for your performance.

Our physio led coaching will guide you through safely as well as identify key weaknesses that a class will not, and ensure you do not get injured doing the exercises!
