Physiotherapist
USyd (B.App.Sci Phty)
Movement is my passion—whether it’s through gym, or sport, I truly believe it can heal and inspire us.
I graduated from the University of Sydney in 2018 and have since gained experience working across sports clinics and alongside football sporting teams. I also have a background being a level 1 sports trainer accredited through sports medicine Australia. Through these experiences, I’ve developed a strong understanding of injury management, rehabilitation, performance, and return to sport.
I have a particular passion for helping the greater community improve their health, mobility, and quality of life through evidence-based care and a supportive approach.
From work-related injuries to sporting injuries and everyday aches and pains, I provide a holistic and personalised treatment approach tailored to each individual.
My Approach: Manual Therapy, Goal-Oriented, and Holistic
Manual Therapy
I believe in the power of hands-on treatment to facilitate healing and restore movement. Manual therapy involves skilled techniques to assess and treat musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction. Through joint mobilisations, soft tissue techniques, and movement-based rehabilitation, my goal is to reduce pain, improve mobility, and help your body function at its best.
Goal-Oriented
Every person has different goals, whether it’s returning to sport, recovering from injury, improving strength, or moving better day-to-day. I work collaboratively with clients to create realistic and achievable treatment plans that are tailored to their needs and goals.
Holistic
I believe in treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. A holistic approach considers physical health, lifestyle, movement habits, and long-term wellbeing to create sustainable results and improve overall quality of life.
